Melbourne has an excellent property investor meetup (inner city) with 906 members. Typically we meet in an inner city pubs upper room. The group has a strong online presence as well and is not tied into selling. It is a genuine interest group. The group does have commercial sponsors, but keeps the agenda and topics wide open. On Monday we had three grass roots investors presenting to the group. About 50 attended. If you missed out you can download online for a few days (free).
