Investing in Brick and Mortar can be more risky than a portfolio of shares. This means that SMSF's that are risk adverse may find themselves unexpectedly exposed to Super High Risks. Investors and ASIC are currently battling to save 100 SMSF Super Funds. A group of investors has engaged ASIC ca 18 months ago to save their SMSF's from disaster. We are still battling to gain traction. So I have looked over the fence a little to see what to expect in case of an insolvency and to check ASIC out.
